Got this by using Bull (which is bull is unlocked after winning Danger 1), at around wave 14 of Danger 1.

Bull explodes when hit, and then has a very fast heal rate so the amount of HP being healed goes up constantly throughout the wave. Keep running into enemies and eventually the amount healed will reach 200.

Keep buying items that raise HP amount and HP recovery rates and you should have this by the end of a run.

I definitely agree with @PrettyFknNinja. Locking Weird Ghost until a level where you have decent max hp and regen is an easy way to get this. If you don't have it by wave 20 (or you never got the Weird Ghost in the shop), going inside of the boss's hit-box really racks up the damage so you can get damaged, full heal, then go rinse and repeat until you get the 200 points of healing.

just to add to this, it helps if you can get the item that has "start next wave with 1hp" as you have to heal that on top of damage from enemies - the other thing is to try to reduce your Armor (10 stops 10 points of damage per attack), raise your Max HP & HP Regen, you can "ignore" the rest (although Speed & Harvesting are useful) as you won't be using Melee, Ranged, Elemental, Attack Speed & Criticals

I know it sounds odd, but Dodge actually gets in the way of this as you "avoid" the damage, and you WANT to be hit as much as possible, as long as your HP Regen is beefy

Worked great, thanks! I also used "Blood Donation" item just to make sure I was healing enough since my HP Regen was high (The item gives you +40 Harvesting but you take 1 damage per second)

I got it using bull on wave 9, I used the weird ghost which adds +3 max health but you start with 1hp in the next round. If you see it early on just lock it and focus on getting the regen and max health up. Mine was at 73 when I did wave 9.

You can also do the Pacifist run on Danger 5. I hadn't gotten to Bull yet and unlocked it that way.

Choose Bull. Buy everything that says «Max HP». Reroll if possible. I got it at lvl 11.

I raised my max HP to over 100, got Weird Ghost that started me at 1 HP in the next wave. I just stood there and regenerated 100 HP (my HP regen is 80) before going on the offensive. Got it in no time, wave 16 on 25% modification. Thanks for the solution

Right before wave 15, I had Lich with HP up to 250+ and my regen was in the 30s. I was offered sad tomato and took it. After the wave started I let myself heal for a bit, and then ran around trying to get damaged to finish it off.

Danger 0 didn't have the enemy density I needed with bull, but I also didn't get the weird ghost that run. Bull + ghost and this is almost automatic.

With Bull it took me til wave 17 on danger 1. Hp-122 Regen-93. Just went afk and it popped

I got it with Sick on danger 0, stacking HP and lifesteal and running into everything on wave 17 or 18.
