The good news for this achievement is that you do not have to actually accumulate the $300,000 in profit, any money you win counts even if you are just winning back your stake ie. if you wager $1000 and only reach challenge level 1 to win your $1000 back, it will count as 1000 towards this achievements rather than zero. Due to the design of the game, progress towards this will be very slow at first, but will speed up exponentially as you progress by unlocking later tables with bigger wager values... just pick one of the three challenge modes and concentrate on moving up through the tables, and depending on your skill level you should get this not long after you unlock the final table.
