There is a very good chance you are going to get this while going after the other trophies but if for some reason you don't, simply replay level 12 repeatedly and don't do anything after the level starts so that you die as quick as possible, then rinse and repeat. If for some reason you are having problems dying quickly due to upgrading, just start a new game and let yourself get taken out quickly in level 1 as you should die fast without any upgrades. Once you die for the 100th time, the trophy will pop.
