No medal is missable, so you can wait until after Chapter 7 to collect the ones you may have missed in the adventure.
Also below I have included the entire list of medals.
(You must collect some medals multiple times! It is not enough for the achievement if you only have 1 of each, some medals appear throughout the game multiple times. For example, there are 6 HP Plus medals. Having just one does not meet the unlock requirements.)
