A quick and easy place to do this is in Garden Grove. There are 5 Snakpods here which respawn once they are all caught.
1. The first you will probably find naturally, sitting on the wall inside Beffica’s cave.
2. Jump onto the rocks just outside the entrance to Beffica’s cave and then jump onto and over the tree tops following the outside of the cave wall to the right. Turn around just outside Beffica's window and look down at the nearest tree. The Snakpod is sitting in between the branches facing some purple flowers.
3. There is cave with a mural and some Fryder’s on the ceiling. The Snakpod is on a pillar easily seen when looking out of the cave.
4. When heading up towards Wambus' old farm there is a Snakpod at the entrance on the upper right-hand side of the path/tunnel.
5. The final Snakpod is near the Weenyworm close to Wambus' old farm. Walk to the entrance of the pen and look up at the rock wall behind it. The Snakpod will be easily seen between some trees.
The earliest you can grab this achievement in this section of the map is when you get the Lunchpad. You'll have to use your Lunchpad to launch yourself at the higher Snakpods. You can launch yourself even higher by jumping before triggering your Lunchpad.

Anyone else having trouble with this? I have definitely cleared out more than one biome now, to the point they now reappear, but no achivement.

For this you need to grab every snakpod in one biome. I did this in Garden Grove. Here is a list and pic of each location:-
1. In Beffica's cave. To your right as you go in the entrance.
2. Go down into the lower level of this area after leaving the cave. cross the log bridge or jump down. Over the stream and to the right in the far corner (opposite fryder cave) behind a tree on it's trunk.
3. Inside the cave with the wall paintings with the fryders in, next to the log bridge. Behind the central pillar.
4. Go back to the log bridge and to your right on the path to the scarecrow area. High up on the stone wall / pass to your right.
5. Keep going into the scarecrow area. Opposite the scarecrow above the circle fence on the stone wall, between the two trees.

Each biome has 5 bags, simply grab all 5 in any one zone to unlock.

Each zone has five snackpods in them. The snackpods always show up in the same area but do not respawn until you have collected all five.
The easiest place is Garden Grove. This can be done at any time but I found it easiest once you have the snackgrappler because you can grapple hard to reach snackpods. Here are their locations:

Each biome/area has 5 Snakpods located in it. These will only become available/appear once you’ve completed all of the Grumpuses main quests within the biome and have returned them to Snaxburg. Their actual species of Snakpod will vary between each but they will all have the same concept. They’ll be attached to the sides of rocks, making them easy to pick up. You don’t need to set a trap but for some of them, you will need either the Lunch Pad or the Snak Grapple to reach them, depending on how high up they are. You can do this in any area you want, it’s up to you. The Snakpods won't respawn until you've collected all the ones in their respective biomes so if you're looking for one and it hasn't appeared, you have most likely already picked it up. You'll need to have all 5 collected at one time for the trophy to unlock. All the Snakpod locations are as follows:
FLAVOR FALLS
(Starting where you first enter Flavor Falls from Garden Grove)
1: When you return to Flavor Falls from Garden Grove, immediately go left to see this Snakpod sitting on the wall, between some rocks. You can just walk up to it/jump to grab it.
2. Head into the next area and on the right will be a pathway in the rocks with some branches that you can crouch under. Follow this tunnel to the end and you’ll have to jump up a few stairs. will unlock here if you don’t already have it) and when you reach the ledge up top, turn around to the left and look up to see this Snakpod up behind the waterfall. Use the Snak Grapple to reach it.
4: Go back down to the lower area with the waterfalls and make your way towards the entrance of this biome (where you feel down at the very beginning of the game). Up on the broken bridge will be this Snakpod. Use the Snak Grapple to reach it.
5: This one can only be retrieved if you’ve defeated Mama Wemon for Chandlo’s final side quest. In the cave where the battle took place, the last Snakpod will be on one of the hanging vines on the far side of the cave.
GARDEN GROVE
(Starting from where you first enter Garden Grove from Flavor Falls)
1. In the first little farm area (where you first met Wambus), the first Snakpod is going to be on the rock wall behind the pen where there is a Weenyworm patrolling around it. This is also the same pen where you initially trapped a Bunger for Wambus.
2. Head through the tunnel and when you reach the end of it, turn around and high up on the right wall will be the Snakpod.
3. Jump down and go into the cave where the Fryders are crawling on the ceiling. The Snakpod is on a wall just next to them.
4. Head towards the Bunger that is in the back of the area (not the one near the bridge). On the other side of the very last tree is the Snakpod.
5. Inside of Beffica’s cave, just to the right of the entrance.
SIMMERING SPRINGS
(Starting where you first enter Simmering Springs from Snaxburg)
1: Immediately when you enter, look to the right and the first Snakpod will be in a pool of water.
2: In the obstacle course where you first met and lured Sprout (the Strabby inside the Buggy Ball). It’s on the left wall.
3: Just to the left of Wiggle's rest area is a hidden ledge with some rocks and trees. The Snakpod is going to be on one of the rock walls.
4: Near the Grapeskeetos will be a Snaquiri floating up and down out in the open water. There is a tall rock just next to them that has the Snakpod on the side of it.
5: Just past the Grapeskeetos will be a circular area with a Kweeble and a Tropicabug. Up on one of the tree branches is the Snakpod.
BOILING BAY
(Starting where you first enter the area from Simmering Springs)
1. When you first enter, on the right side will be a broken barrel. Inside the barrel is the Snakpod.
2. To the left of the previous Snakpod, across the water will be a small island with two palm trees on it. Between the trees is the Snakpod.
3. Out in the water is a broken ship with a treasure chest in side. On the plank just above the chest is the Snakpod.
4. On the ship mast, just above Floofty's little camp, will be the Snakpod.
5. In the cave with the Flamepoofs and Noodlers, on a rock wall is the Snakpod.
SCORCHED GORGE
(From where you first enter the area from Snaxburg)
1. Head to the left side of the area and go up the wooden ramp next to the Spuddys. There will be two "bridges" up here with a stack of rocks between them (there's also a White/Cheepoof flying around). On top of the rocks is the Snakpod.
2. Turn around from the previous Snakpod and there will be a rotating windmill. The Snakpod is on the Windmill.
3. Between the two large central boulders is a narrow pathway. The Snakpod is on the rock wall within the pathway.
4. Near where you first meet Triffany in the ruins, up above her sleeping bag is the Snakpod.
5. Towards the back of the biome, on the underside of the bridge that leads to Sizzlin' Sands.
SIZZLING SANDS
(From where you enter from Scorched Gorge)
1. Head to the large pyramid in the back and face the Oasis. On one of the columns on the left will be the Snakpod.
2. On the tall boulder where you grab the Cheese for Shelda. This is the only place you can pick up Cheese outside of Wambus' farm.
3. Inside the underground cavern where you need to lure the Black Razzby out for Shelda. It's on the rock just next to where the Razzby's starting location is.
4. Inside the same underground cavern, follow the lower path until you reach the room with the Scorpenyo statues. It'll be on the right wall, just behind one of them.
5. In the same underground cavern, follow the lower path all the way to the end and use the Lunch Pad to boost yourself out, Turn around and the final Snakpod will be staring at you.
SUGARPINE WOODS
(Starting from where you first enter the buome from Snaxburg)
1. Just to the right of the small pond on the lower level will be a wall you can tear down with the Snak Grappler. Do so to reveal the Snakpod.
2. Just to the right of the previous Snakpod, this one will be on the far side of rock near the cliffside.
3. On the back of the backboard of the basketball hoop you play with when you start your quests with Chandlo.
4. On the higher ledge with the watchtower. On the far side will be another small pond area. On the far side of the rock overhanging the water will be the Snakpod.
5. On top of Snorpy and Chandlo's cabin. It's on the side of the chimney. To reach it, face the front door of the cabin. Place a Lunch Pad on the right side of the Cabin and angle it to propel you up to the rooftop. You can also use the Snak Grappler to help get it but it'll be at a weird angle.
FROSTED PEAK
(From where you first enter the area from Sugarpine Woods) - These Snakpods are really hard to see, even in the game so arrows have been added to help pinpoint where you need to look.
1. Inside the cave where you first met Eggabell (there are two braziers, a Noodler roaming about and lots of frozen Bugsnax). Up on the center of the ceiling is the Snakpod.
2. From the entrance of the biome, take the hill on the far right and follow it all the way up until it starts to curve to the left. High up on the rock wall will be the Snakpod.
3. Keep following the path up the mountain and when you cross over the frozen waterfall stream (there will be some jelly on the ice), look up and on the tip of one of the frozen "splashes" will be the Snakpod.
4. At the top of the mountain will be a campsite. On the far side of the tent is the Snakpod.
5. Near the large metal doors you open to reach the end game section, the Snakpod will be on a stalactite hanging down on the left, just next to a large Grumpus statue.
