This is very easy, you can find cheese once you get to the sizzlin' sands location. This area will open up once you bring back every grumpus from Simmering Springs, Scorched Gorge, and Sugarpine Woods.
Upon entering Sizzlin' sands, you should notice a large rock formation that looks like a grumpus face in the back right of the area. The cheese is located in the mouth of the rock formation.Simply use your lunchpad to launch your character up to the cheese. You can do this once you get access to Sizzlin' Sands (Shelba can be cheesed). Otherwise, you can summon one of the legendary Bugsnax and cheese the Grumpus that is accompanying you. I did it with Mama Mewon and cheesed Chandlo.
