How to unlock the Sundae Best achievement in Bugsnax - Definitive Guide
Note: It appears that Eggabell does not count as a Grumpus for this achievement. Make sure you give the Bugsnax to a different person.
All three Bugsnax are found on Frosted Peak. You will have to break up a Scoopy Banoopy by running it into one of the nearby campfires to warm it up and then waiting and letting it explode.
The Cheery will more than likely run into a bush and can be easily caught by placing your Snak Trap near it and walking away and waiting for it to come out.
The Banopper will start jumping between trees. I caught them by placing the Trip Shot high up on two trees the Banopper's were jumping between. It should knock them out of the air for an easy pickup.
The Scoopy is the most annoying to catch of the three. I'm sure there are better ways, but the way I caught it was by leading it towards the cave with the Stewdler. At the entrance of the cave I placed my Lunchpad and then the Trip Shot on top and attached the Trip Shot to one of the torches in the cave. Then I lured the Scoopy towards the rocks at the cave entrance and when it comes above ground it will hit your flaming Trip Shot and can be picked up.
Then simply head back to Snaxburg and feed all three Bugsnax to any Grumpus.

I fed all 3 to Eggabelle since she was nearby. Didn't unlock. Did it again with Gramble and it worked

I wonder if that's specific to Eggabell? I fed mine to Cromdo

I just popped this with a Red Banopper (which can be found in Boiling Bay), so I guess any Banopper works. All three of Scoopy, Banopper, and Cheery can be found in Frosted Peak. (The other guide and, more so, the comments have good ideas on how to catch them.). Scoopy and Cheery (among a few other Bugsnax of which I'm not sure) emerge when you explode a Scoopy Banoopy, which can be done on the lower level by setting your Tripshot on the bush (or somewhere else as Mt Sodie will squirt water on the Tripshot and put out the fire. (Or just catch Mt Sodie before doing this.)) and connect to the campfire. Scoopy Banoopy crosses this path in it's circular path around the pond, and will catch on fire and start a bomb countdown. At the end of the bomb countdown, Scoopy Banoopy will explode and release these and other Bugsnax.
Because their Snaxperiment already had a Red Banooper in it, I used Floofty to feed first a Red Banooper using Snaxperiment, then the Scoopy, and then the Cheery and this popped. So although some comments said Eggabell doesn't pop this, Floofty appears to work fine.

Scoopy & Cheery easy method!
Setup trip wire on a campfire so it's on fire, cover the trip wire in Chocolate, use a buggy ball covered in chocolate to lure Scoopy or Cheery.
I don't want to take away from the other guides but several people found my comment useful so throwing it here for anyone struggling. Love this community!

Scoopy, Banopper, and Cheery can all be found in: Frosted Peak.
Break up a Scoopy Banoopy by lighting it on fire and letting the timer tick down and it will split into two Banoppers, a Cheery, and a Scoopy. The Banoppers can only be caught be trip shotting them in mid-flight between trees; the Cheery is a timid little Snax and could easily be intimidated into a Trap or lured in; and the Scoopy has a bit of a challenge to it. Lure a Stewdler out of the first cave by coating Sprout in its favorite sauce and bring it near Scoopy. The two will challenge one another and the Stewdler's fire will thaw Scoopy's protective icy layer. As long as it remains out of the snow, the stun will carry beyond the normal timer duration and allow you to grab it.
Do be aware that you'll need to catch a Scoopy Banoopy as a sidequest for Snorpington, so you'll need to do this separate of that.

All 3 of these Bugsnax can be found in the Frosted Peak biome after letting a Scoopy Banoopy explode after setting itself on fire (it’ll take 30 seconds - 1 minute before it finally explodes but until it does, just kite it about). When the Scoopy Banoopy explodes, the 3 Bugsnax will scatter about so you’ll need to hunt them down.
- The Scoopy will be in front of the cave where you first interact with Eggabell. To capture it, you first need to hit it with some fire so it melts, then stun it with the Trip Shot to collect it. Alternatively, in the cave is a Stewdler which you can lure out using the [ball] and just have it run into the Scoopy.
- The Banopper will be flying from tree to tree (just look for them shaking). You need to place the Trip Shot down and put the line between two of the trees it’s jumping to/from. When it hits the wire, it’ll fall down to the ground, allowing you to pick it up.
- The Cherry is going to be the easiest to collect out of the 3. It’s similar to the Strabby/Razzby and will run and hide when you get close to it. When it does, just place a Snak Trap down and back away a little bit. When it comes out of hiding, it’ll hit the trap.
When you have all 3 Bugsnax, feed them to any one of the Grumpses back in Snaxburg. You only need 1 of each (you don’t need to transform them completely) so once they’ve chomped down on the 3rd/last Snak, the trophy will unlock.
Feed the three bugsnax to the same Grumpus.
You can find Scoopy, Banopper and Cheery in Frosted Peak. They are not there normally. Instead, you must get a Scoopy Banoopy to explode into the individual Bugsnax.
To get a Scoopy Banoopy to explode is easy. Wait for it to be near a fire source. Jump in the fire to light yourself on fire and run into it. Wait for the countdown.
For a Cheery, just put chocolate on a snacktrap to lure it in.
Banoppers need you to use the trip wire to catch it while it jumps between trees.
Scoopy is a little harder. It is frosted so you have to put fire on it first. No matter where the Scoopy Banoopy is when it explodes the Scoopy will always walk over to the cave near the zone entrance. The easiest way I found to catch it is to set up a trip wire in between the two fire cauldrons. Then, lure the Scoopy over to the trip wire with chocolate. Once it hits the fire trip wire it will get knocked out and be able to be picked up.
Go back to Snaxburg and feed all 3 to a Grumpus and get your achievement. The achievement will not unlock on Eggabell.

All three of these bug holes are located in the Freezing Peak location. To catch them, you first need to lure a creature called Shariko-Bananiko (it looks like a small mammoth with bananas instead of tusks) to the fire.
1) The banana jump is caught using a tripwire trap (I did the tripwire by pulling a rope from one tree to another);
2) It’s more difficult to catch a frostbite : you need to wait until it rises to the top and starts circling underground around the stone. After this, we go into a cave nearby and, using a beetle ball smeared with hot sauce, lure Raguster closer to Morozhik. They attack and stun each other;
3) We simply catch cherry with a yum trap, nothing complicated.
PS Red Banana Jump also counts.
