Thanks to @KTKarona over at true trophies
Boiling Bay (Lava Cave) Secret
Once you gain access to Boiling Bay, you'll see Floofty under a broken ship. To the right of them will be a lava cave entrance where Noodlers and Flamin Cheepoofs can be seen, as well as some Cocomite Statues. The secret lies with these: if you look at them, each of them will have a fang count from one to four. Interact with them in order from least to most, which will be the farthest right, middle left, middle right, and farthest left, to open a cave connection to Sizzling Sands. Entering this hall will allow the trophy to pop up.
Sizzling Sands (Dunes) Secret
If you decide to go through the Sizzling Sands where Shelda hides, you can instead unlock the secret path on the far left upon entering. There will be some Incherrito statues near a sand dune, with many of them looking at one another. Start with the closest on the left, then follow the nose to the next and continue. This should mean closest left, farthest right, closest right, farthest left. The sand dune in front of it will shake about and allow you to run towards Boiling Bay.

Complete one of the two puzzles, video displays the solution to one.
The lava cave is in Boiling Bay. The secret of the dunes is in Sizzlin' Sands. You only need one but I will describe both puzzles.
Boiling Bay Lava Cave
Boiling Bay Lava Cave
In the back of the cave there are four statues. They each have a different set of horns from 1 to 4. You have to activate each statue in order.
Sizzlin' Sands dunes
Sizzlin' Sands dunes
There are four bombino statues all looking in different directions. You have to active them in the order they are looking at each other. The first one is looking at the second one. The second one is looking at the third one. The third one is looking at the fourth one. The fourth one is looking at the pyramid.
Once you complete one of the puzzles a secret door in between Boiling Bay and Sizzlin'' Sands opens up.

This trophy is used for a quick shortcut between Sizzlin’ Sands and Boiling Bay and you’ll gratefully be using towards the end of the game for quick access between these two areas, rather than running back towards the starting area. You can do one or the other but you can’t do both since both puzzles open up the same pathway. The one you use will depend on whether you find Floofty (Boilng Bay) or Shelda (Sizzlin’ Sands) first.
In Boiling Bay, in the lava cave area with the Stewdler’s swimming around, you’ll see 4 statues at the back of the area that you can interact with by pressing . The combination to press them in will be as follows:

- Rightmost statue.
- Leftmost statue
- Statue to the right of the lava
- Statue to the left of the lava
This will then split the lava in front of you and a shortcut will be created to Sizzlin’ Sands.
In Sizzlin’ Sands, when you first enter the area, go left and you’ll see a mound of sand with 4 statues in front of it. While facing the mound, interact with the statues in the following order:

The mound of sand will turn into the pathway, allowing you access to the Boiling Bay.
Whichever you choose, once the pathway is open, the trophy will unlock.

Both riddles open a passage between the Sands of Roasting and the Bay of Seething, they just do it from different sides.
You need to find the statues that are shown on the trophy icon and click them in the correct sequence.
There shouldn't be any problems with the statues in Boiling Bay - they have a different number of tubes in their mouths (from 1 to 4) - the order is immediately clear.
In the Sands of Roasting, you just need to track the order in the direction the statues are looking.
