How to unlock the First Blood achievement in Bulb Boy - Definitive Guide

This is for dying for the first time, not just being killed by the chicken as the other guides say. It can be done even earlier as the first time you can die is in the hallway.
In this area you have to possess a suit of armour at the end of the hall to kill a tentacle and enter the next door. If you just walk in to the tentacle after it pushes you back it will kill you and give you the achievement.

When you get to the kitchen, move to the right. The headless chicken will impale your head, turning the room red. Nice image.

Simply die anywhere to unlock this one. The earliest you can get it is the Headless Chicken-provoke him and then don't hide.
