When you have dealt with the spider in the bedroom, don't leave just yet. Pick up and eat the spider eye on the wall. Achievement will unlock.

Achievements are not popping for me. Any suggestions?

I've not heard about any issues regarding this achievement not unlocking. May be a delay in the cloud.

When you killed the spider on the door simply pick up his eye on the wall.

At the very beginning, when you have just killed the first spider, do not go into the next room. Look at the wall and click on the “Eye” that is stuck to the wall and the character will eat it.
