How to unlock the She Is Coming achievement in Bulb Boy - Definitive Guide

In the second room which is the hallway, about midway is a window you can interact with. Don't pick up the broken glass just yet. Wait for about 10-15 seconds, and a mask will appear in the bottom left of the window. Achievement unlocked.

In the room with all the hands trying to grab you walk up to the window.
Wait a few seconds untill the head appears.

In the hallway leading from your bedroom back to the living room (the third room of the game, with the hands coming out of the floor), you'll need to look at a window to collect a piece of broken glass.

Once you've grabbed that, don't back away from the window-keep looking outside of it. After a few seconds, a face will appear, and your achievement will pop once it's faded away.

In the hallway with the hands, where you can look out the window and pick up a shard of glass, stare a little longer at the window and a trophy will fall out.
