The easiest way -
After killing the drunk earthworm boss, the worms will spawn.
Do not take these to the tentacles. Instead, use the electric eel to kill them all in one shot. This counts towards the achievement.

This is for feeding 100 larva worms to the tentacles in the underwater swimming scenes. If you don't get it in your first run, you can replay it after the game ends.

I was at 61% when I blew up the drunken earthworm. I fed the last of the worms to the blob things then quit and reloaded twice at that same checkpoint, kept feeding the blobs worms, and got it quickly. Thanks for the help.
