Did this in endless hell - got a combo of over 7000 and none of the achievements popped for me

Uninstalled before playing and reinstalled, was only after 2 achievements at this time and blocked 4 of the 5 in a couple of mins.
They were slow the pop as usual but still came through. As above in endless hell mode.
