Whenever I beat the game with Loop (either first or second loop) the game instantly crashes. Anyone else have this problem?

Hm, interesting. I've not had that problem or heard of that problem.
Out of curiosity, are you playing through backward compatibility on the Xbox One? May be a bug related to that.
