Kill the big guy, by any means neccessary and then pick his weapon up and staying on the dancefloor he was on, kill everyone in the lower part of the club and then those coming through the door afterwards.
This can also be unlocked during the Echo map "The Club"

This trophy can be earned in Act 2 - Chapter 1. Immediately after learning about Nom Juice, you will wrap around to the right and walk across the disco floor. A gate will open and enemies will rush in. This is your cue to stay on the dance floor and kick/leash enemies into the nearby electrical signs or just shoot them to death. If you kill all the enemies that ambush you, the trophy will unlock.
