Unmissible storyline achievement for completing chapter 3 of act 1. After running through the mine and the train, you'll come to a cave system. Destroy some eggs to clear a path then run to the copter. Once you'll on board the copter, a scene will play, unlocking the achievement.

This failed to pop for me the first 2 times. I'm pretty sure the achievement app was down the first time because I missed a few different story-related achievements, but using chapter select and playing through again on very easy also failed to unlock this. Thankfully it's a short chapter so I tried again on normal AND made sure to get the full bonus for shooting the train during the copter ride and it unlocked immediately.

Hopefully nobody else has as much trouble, but, if so, give this a shot.

Story related and cannot be missed.

This trophy is obtained at the end of Act 1, when you leave the Hekaton’s lair. Simply wait for the story to progress until you can shoot the train, making it fall on the Hekaton and securing your escape.
