Turn around and run back up the street. There is a globe with the words "Entrance" on it. Leash the globe and win your prize.

Near the end of Act 4 - Chapter 1, you and the gang will be trudging through the city. Eventually you will come to a locked gate and Trishka will ask you to solve the riddle (figure out a way forward). You will need to locate a giant glowing globe near the top of the slope and either shoot it or leash it down. It will bounce down the path and bust open the gate, unlocking the trophy. This trophy is timed, as Trishka only gives you 15 seconds to solve it. If you miss it, simply reload the checkpoint and you won’t be too far behind.
