Act 5 Chapter 1, when defending the monorail there are plenty around, shoot one when an enemy is next to it and then kill him before the effects wear off.

Act 2 Chapter 1, there's a swarm above a pool of water right at the start of the level.

Killer news - Kill someone with the explosion of a newsbot
Act 3, Chapter 1, The #2 Newsbot is behind the house on the pier. When you get close to the house a few Creeps will spawn inside. Instead of going inside look down the left and a creep should be looking around the corner of the house. Run up to him, he should flee and as you turn the corner you'll see the Newsbot (you should now be at the back of the house). The Creep should simply run to the corner. So now just kick the Newsbot once or twice over to him then shoot it thus hopefully killing him and unlocking the Skillshot.

If the Newsbot is not around the back then he may actually be inside the house. So just run in there (should be 3 Creeps at least inside) and shoot the Newsbot to kill one or them. You may have to get inside and actually kick it in a Creeps direction but it shouldn't be to hard as they may run up to you for melee attacks, so just blow it up next to you if this happens, or run away, turn around fast and blast it.

Or.... Act 5 Chapter 3, you'll emerge from the underground into a carpeted area, 3 green guys will attack you and there's a newsbot in the middle that you can blow up.

As soon as you've unlocked the Thumper, Thumper an enemy into the air. Then re lock onto them while they're up high and Thumper them again

Touchdown - Thump a stunned miniboss to his death.
Just keep thumping a miniboss until he dies, you may need to upgrade as it may take more the 3 thumps.

Tons of these in the campaign and you need to kill them to progress anyways.

Fire in The Hole - When a miniboss is stunned, kick him from behind, then shoot him in the butt.
Thump a miniboss and when he gets up his ass should be glowing blue, kick his ass and shoot him there once the flap opens. If he doesn't die first time repeat until he dies.

Thump a miniboss and kick him in the head, thump him again and kick him in the head, then he should die.

This is a hard one to get but it usually comes during general campaign gameplay. If you havent got it try kick an enemy into a minibosses' cannon ball.

Bombshell - Kill two or more enemies from an exploding Flailbomber.
Shoot one of the suicidal red enemies with your own flail gun and explode it. They travel in 2 or 3s so shouldn't be too hard. If that fails let them flail you and then run into 2 of them.

Keep kicking and sliding one onto he falls with his ass in the air and then shoot him there with the Peacemaker Carbine. Not all of them have ass growths however.

Don't bother kick or sliding for this one, it's hard but it's easier if they're standing on their own feet.

PileDriver - Get an enemy airborne then smash him into a surface with the shotgun blast.
Same as pump action except do it against a wall.

Juggler - Blast an airborne enemy twice then kill him before or on landing.
Thump an enemy in the air, shot gun him upwards twice and kill him on the third shot.

So mystery question is how to make you skill shots register PERMANENTLY? I finished last chapter with 5 additional skill shots & none registered when I restarted the game. The saving system for the skill shots is strange to say the least.

you can unlock it in different approaches/ playthroughs, including playing Echos.
The idea is to unlock each skillshot at least once so its name becomes visible, green check mark will disappear if you died, but it will count towards the unlocking achievement anyway.

There are a grand total of 131 Skillshots you need to earn for this trophy, and progress can be made in either single player or Echo Mode. Don't fret though, as most of them are extremely easy and earned through natural gameplay. Any time you earn a new Skillshot, it is immediately saved to your profile, even if you die or reload a checkpoint. Therefore you might see some Skillshots in your menu that do not have checkmarks but if they are blue they still count as completed. With that in mind, feel free to stop any time you see a large group of enemies and a nearby dropkit so that you can work on as many as possible. Act 4 - Chapter 2 and Act 5 - Chapter 3 are perfect places to farm Skillshots by reloading your checkpoint.

As you progress through the story, keep checking the tabs for new ones that you've unlocked. Make it a goal to either complete a weapon or get really close to completing one before switching it up. The weapon you might have the most trouble with is the Flailgun. There is a Skillshot for decapitating an enemy's head, as well as cutting them in half by wrapping the flair around an object. These two took me a while to get and a lot of luck. I recommend carrying the Flailgun with you at all times and try to get these two done when you see enemies near pillars or debris columns. Lastly, there are a handful of story-related ones in the far right tab (Secret Skillshots). You will not be able to see what they are and some of them are missable. I will list them below so either make sure to keep an eye on them throughout the story or plan to clean them up with chapter select. Below you will find a list of all 131 Skillshots, how to obtain them and some tips/locations to help you get them. Click here for a link to that post: LINK. I will also include a playlist of every Skillshot earned in order, if you need visual add on some of the trickier ones. Click here for that link (all credit to ssdd2k1: LINK

In principle, an easy achievement, but our localizers have done such a good job that some descriptions are simply impossible to understand.
Even though I knocked out the original, I was stuck on a couple of skills.

Now I will describe those skillshots that may cause difficulties:
Head Up - Place a yum parasite on an enemy's head, then rip his head off completely.
You can’t do this with a whip, or with bullets, because this is a different skill. Personally, I planted a parasite on its head and then burned the enemy with an enhanced carbine charge. You can also use a groin shot and a kick, similar to Mercy .
Knockout - Knock an immobilized enemy to death.
Here is just a translation from a genius. I did everything I could to disable the enemies, but to no avail. In fact, this is done on the boss. Immobilize him (so that he stands, bent over and does not attack) and use a reinforced whip (you don’t even have to take off your helmet). As a result, the boss hits his head on the floor, and you get a skillshot. This is actually the fastest way to kill the boss.
Blood Spatter - Kill a downed enemy by melting them into the floor. Well, you have to go into the wall, into the wall.
Garbage removal - Same as above. We make a tackle, move away and slam him into the wall.
Lucky Shot - Kill an enemy with an artillery shell that travels over 100 meters without bouncing. It turned out to be the most difficult for me, because I did it wrong. I killed 30 enemies, probably from 150 to 200 meters, but nothing worked. Realizing the mistake, I did it the first time.
In general, you don't need to hold down the shoot button. If you hold it, they will give you a Lucky Moment. You can also immobilize the enemy and shoot vertically upward, that's enough. But don’t forget physics and that the projectile flies in an arc, so take a couple of steps back before firing)
Air Strike - Push one enemy onto another standing on the ground using a striker. Again, what genius translated this?
In fact, you need to: Throw a far away enemy with the help of a reinforced striker, while the enemy closest to you should remain on the ground (or vice versa, it doesn’t matter), then thrust a reinforced drill into the enemy that is in the air and redirect it to the one standing on the ground. Which in the overall picture will give an air attack.

There are also secret skillshots, they are done according to the plot, but some can be skipped.
In principle, there is a guide above, so I won’t describe the secret ones.

For those who could not immediately catch up with how to do a Strike from Heaven on Pierce - We throw someone up, shoot him in the air with a charged drill (he flew there about his business), quickly find a target on the ground and press R2 on it (shot ), the drill is radio-controlled and will attack this target while already released.

So no one wrote that skillshots can be completed in the "DEATH" mode

1) Completed the game
2) Turned on the "DEATH KILL" mode
3) Click on the touchpad and see what hasn’t been done. (if a skillshot is open, but there is no checkmark, then this means that you performed this shot in the first playthrough of the game, if there is a question mark, then you need to perform this skillshot).
4) Finished the remaining skillshots
5)....
6) PROFIT

To receive an achievement, it is not necessary that all skillshots have green checkmarks. It's easy enough to open them. After the second playthrough on hard, in a mode with endless ammo, I still had a couple of questions about the skillshots, I knocked out these skillshots, although there were a bunch of unchecked boxes left (but previously done), they gave me the achievement. So easy, no need to go through the game again. I had difficulties with the “flyer” skillshot, launching the enemy into a swarm of electric flies, it is better to do this in chapter 4-2, when you are released into an open area, and meters are measured to the boss (a giant pod). There will be a swarm of these flies in the area near the box with equipment, you can launch it either with a sniper, or just kick it, but it’s better to just kick it, because the sniper can destroy the swarm, and you’ll have to load it again.

The “breakaway” skillshot is not needed as it is written - take off the helmet, stun and shoot off the head. You need to take off your helmet, stun him and KICK him in the head. Kicked a couple of times - your skill shot.
