How to unlock the Up-Lifting achievement in Bulletstorm: Full Clip Edition - Definitive Guide
Here is the video from the original solution:
However I would like to add a few things, as this seems to be very slightly different from the original version but it makes all the difference. Hopefully you can learn from my mistakes as it's pretty annoying to run through the Echo over and over!
This achievement can be had playing the Echo map Monorail Factory. If I recall correctly you need 41 stars in other Echoes before you can unlock this map. When dropping into the Echo, select the Boneduster and the Flailgun. Save your ammo and do what you can with your leash/thumper on most enemies, ensuring you save Peacemaker charges for the Bouncer Boss that shows up midway through the level.
Eventually you'll come up to an elevator/lift where you have to press X to ascend, and this is when you'll want to have your Flailgun and Boneduster ready. You can technically tackle this a couple different ways but as a general tip is don't forget that you can 'charge' a weapon and swap it, then when you swap back that weapon will still be charged. This can save you precious time as you're ascending the lift.
The big reason for this guide versus the original is due to the first placement of two enemies - in the original video they are grouped so the Boneduster charge kills them both but that won't work here (or I was consistently unlucky with spawns!)
My approach was to charge both the Boneduster and Flailgun. As I ascended, the first group of enemies dead ahead (using the button as our orientation) took the Flailguns Charge Shot. The second group to your right took the Bonedusters Charge Shot. The group behind you took two regular shots from the Flailgun, making sure you detonate the shots as quickly as possible. The final enemy took a single Flailgun shot just as the video shows: the timing was tight due to reloading so you'll have to shoot downwards to get that last guy. Optimized you might be able to swap to Boneduster here, but I didn't need to
Good luck!
To unlock this Echo, you will need 41 stars in Echo Mode first. Another annoying trophy near the end of an Echo, and probably the hardest of the four. Make sure you have the Boneduster on you, as well as plenty of charge shots for it. You will approach an elevator with two enemies in front of it. This is where the counter starts so make sure to kill them. You will then ride up the elevator and need to kill enemies from three out of four sides. I recommend using the charged Boneduster shot on all three sides to guarantee the enemies die in one shot. Even then you might miss some; it's all down to luck. Before stepping on the elevator, watch this guide by xUndeadGaming:

By pressing the button, we grab the shotgun and activate the explosive charge. The first group of enemies will be on the floor opposite the elevator entrance. We kill them with a charge and immediately activate the charge again. The next group of enemies runs towards the elevator in the opening on the right. We also spray them with a charge. After that, grab the “Fist Gun”, turn to the right and kill the next group of enemies with two shots. We turn to the opening where we killed the second group of enemies and use the “Brush Thrower” to kill one single enemy. If you managed to kill all the enemies, you will receive the achievement when the elevator stops.

PS There were around 40 attempts. Almost gave birth. I really thought it was a bug, because... I killed everyone once, but most likely I didn’t kill them from the elevator out of spite, and I didn’t see the trophy and decided that wasn’t the point.
In the elevator itself you need to kill 11 enemies. The weapons you need are a Carbine and a Shotgun . Activate the enhanced shotgun and carbine shot in advance. So we go into the elevator and
-Right in front of you we burn 2 with a shotgun.
-We turn on the charge again, turn right 90 degrees and burn three more.
-For the third time, we activate the shotgun charge and turn another 90 degrees to the right (now you should stand with your back to the starting position). This is the most difficult moment, you need to burn 5 enemies at once with one shot, but sometimes they disperse over a distance and the wave does not cover everyone. But most often they run in one heap.
-Quickly take out the carbine, turn left 90 degrees and burn the last enemy.
-We exit the elevator and get the achievement.
Important: There is no ammunition in the level, so do not waste any shotgun charges and leave at least one carbine charge. Kill the boss using the reinforced striker twice in a row.
