Just as the description states, complete the campaign on normal. You will end up doing a couple plays of this game with the collectibles and other difficulty achievements out there. Higher difficulty achievements will unlock the lower level difficulty achievements.

After my first four achievements, nothing else unlocked. This game appears to be very buggy when it comes to achievements.
