Shop and Photography are only available after you beat Chapter 1 and the first few main missions in Chapter 2.
I believe during Chapter 1 only, there is only a 2 day rotation.
Photography classes involve being able to leave the school.
Shop unlocks bikes for you to use at the bike shed which you can't really take full advantage of until you have the school gates open.

There are a total of 30 classes that need to be completed across six different subjects. Each subject has 5 classes that increases in difficulty in their requirements. Classes are held twice a day, with the morning class going from 09:00 - 11:30 AM and the afternoon class from 01:00 - 03:30 PM. The class that is available within the above mentioned time slots is based on a three in-game day cycle once all six classes are available to you. However, for every subject you must first complete class 1 before class 2 becomes available, and so on for each subsequent class. The location of the class is represented by the following orange bell icon on the in game map . Once you complete all five classes of a subject the fifth class may still appear and this will be represented by a grey colored bell on the in game map.

Each class consists of a small mini-game, or side quest, in which you need to pass in order to complete the class and unlock the next class for the given subject. If you fail a class you will need to attempt it again at a later time. Some classes can be very difficult without a guide, especially Shop and English. Completing each class will reward you with a specific ability, or access to various weapons within your room in the boys dormitory.

Below is a complete walkthrough of all 5 classes for each of the 6 subjects. The order in which the subjects are listed is the order in which they are available based on the three day cycle, i.e. two per day for three days, before starting again:

Chemistry

Chemistry classes consist of a small mini-game where you need to press the corresponding buttons as they pass through the rectangular window in the middle of the screen. Of all classes, this is probably the most straightforward and easy to complete. You will be given three attempts per class, and if you fail then you will have to take the class again when it next becomes available. Each subsequent Chemistry class will get progressively harder, with the buttons needing to be pressed quicker coupled with an increase in the variety of buttons that can be pressed.

English

English classes involve creating as many words as you can from a predetermined series of six letters. You will need to use the available letters to create words that have a combination of 3,4,5 or 6 letters. You only need to obtain half the words in order to pass the class, however, this can still be quite difficult depending on your level of skill and vocabulary. Each class has a time limit of 2:00 minutes, and each correct word you create will reward you with a small time bonus. The below spoiler lists the solutions for all five English classes:

Class #1:

3-letter words: ELM LOW MEW MOW OWE OWL WOE
4-letter words: MEOW MEWL MOLE MOLL WELL
6-letter words: MELLOW

4-letter words: ELMS ISLE LIME LESS LEIS LIES MESS MILE MISE MISS SEMI SLIM

Art

Art class involves a small mini-game where you must take control of a pencil and draw sections of a canvas and reveal the image underneath. You control the pencil with the and must avoid being hit by erasers and scissors. Hitting either one of these obstacles will result in you losing one of your lives. Once you lose all three lives the class will fail. Various power ups will appear, including the ability to slow down time or move faster. Each subsequent Art class that becomes available will have a higher number of obstacles which move around the canvas at a faster rate.

Gym

Gym class consists of of either Wrestling or Dodgeball. Wrestling involves learning new combat moves and testing them against your nerd component, Fatty. These classes are impossible to fail as Fatty will never fight back. Just follow the button prompt on the screen to learn the new moves. These moves will need to be practiced a number of times during the class and then you will need to defeat Fatty in order to pass.

Dodgeball is a team game where you will need to defeat the other team by hitting them with the Dodgeball. You throw and catch the ball by pressing . In attack, can be used to pass the ball and in defense it can be used to dodge. Pressing will display the instruction in game, and whilst these instructions are displayed, if one of your characters gets hit by the opposing team they will not be eliminated. This exploit can be used if you are struggling to win these games.

Shop

Note: Shop classes only become available in Chapter 2 onwards.

Shop classes involve completing a small button pressing minigame whilst Jimmy performs maintenance on a bicycle. You must press the corresponding buttons as they appear on the screen. These involve a combination of button mashing, as well as rotating the in a particular direction. The button combinations are predetermined and are the same for each number of class. Each subsequent class will require a longer button sequence to complete.

The time in which you have to press the corresponding button commands is short, so these classes can easily be failed if you don’t know the button commands before hand. You have three attempts per class to successfully press the button commands, otherwise you will fail. The below spoiler has the answers for all five Shop classes:

Class #1:

Class #2:

Class #3:

Photography

Note: Photography class only becomes available once you have completed the mission ‘Hattrick vs. Galloway’ in Chapter 2.

Photography classes involve short side missions where you need to travel around map and take pictures of particular subjects, e.g. people, places, items etc. Each class has a time limit which is represented by the red circle around the in-game mini-map. If you have not completed the class before the red meter has drained, you will fail the class. Each class will require you to take photos of different things around either the school or the town of Bullworth. The classes don’t get any harder, and you will have more than enough time to complete each one.

Once the class has started and you want to take a picture, you will need to equip your camera by scrolling through your weapons with either or . You will then need to press to point the camera and then adjust your zoom with or , and then press to take the photo. If the photo is deemed good enough, a notification will appear at the top of the screen stating ‘good photo’ and the border of the screen will flash green. If the photo is not good enough the border will flash red and you will need to re-position yourself, e.g. zoom further out or in, and retake the photo.

Who has problems passing the auto repair shop: you need to start turning the stick in advance (before the icon appears) and at an average pace.
It's better to save before this lesson
