Bumballon (UP)

The first secret gem you'll encounter is found on Level 3 of Crystal Gardens (World 2). At the very end of the level you'll have an option of going up and past 2 Spiders to finish the level. Or go straight on to collect the golden gem. Head straight on to get the gem and achievement.

Note: The Secret Gem is the currency needed to purchase a Skin in the store.
