If you already have the 2000G, then all you need to do is play the first level on easy and most of the parking ticket achievements will pop.
If the achievement for100 tickets doesn't, then replay the first level on easy and it will give you 3 tickets each time.
100 tickets will soon be yours!

Just a note: This doesn't appear to be cumulative. You need to have 100 tickets on you to pop this(or at least I did), so get to 100 before you spend any in the shop to save yourself some extra grinding.

Make sure you get the 100 tickets BEFORE you go to the store, you have to have 100 tickets in your inventory for the achievement to pop....🤦♂️

The easiest level I found to grind out all of the earning tickets-related achievements is Hard level 6. You can knock it out in about a minute per run and you earn 9 tickets per run, making the 100, 150, and 200 ticket achievements super easy. For this achievement, have 100 before you spend anything. Please see the vid I created for the solution to that level.
