The easiest way i found to getting the wheel achievements is to just go from the start menu and play and 2 cars will spawn on one side while another spawns on the other which all 3 will end up crashing for the wheels. Then you simply return back to the menu and rinse and repeat that way you don't have to wait for the game to spawn vehicles in the correct areas and it can become a simple grind.

i have been doing lvl 10 easy for this, i get 2/3 in about 1 min,cars crash pick wheels rinse and repeat

Can be done iņ any level if folow this guide.
1.Grap pover UP carot from carot field by presing X(kick it)
2.Place it near river sign DO NOT FEED KAPA. Calss for extra rabit
3.Call atleast 7 extra rabits
4. Go ON the road And Block the path with extra rabits
5.Just wait for cars to Come be slow Down by rabits And crashing into each other all the time.
6.Per CRASH it Will give 2 tūres, wait out ON 10 crashes And achievment is yours.
