To get 5 beach ball and be kicked by a lion you first have to go to the new area witch is probably the only hard part / confusing part about the achievement all you have to do is go to the shoe and buy a life jacket for 1 ticket then directly to your left from the main spawn is a kiosk that says summer vacation this costs 20 tickets while wearing the life jacket to find the lion he is in the back on the far right now you have to get 5 balls into his house he can be a little annoying because he can kick you so far but it shouldn’t take you to long you need to get kicked by him 10 times anyway for another achievement

This needs confirmation, but the beach ball lion left me alone. Might be because I was wearing the red row and the lion was wearing one as well.
