The gardeners are to the left of you when spawning in the game, in the carrot field, the "SOKO BUNNY" billboard in next to it. Simply walk over into the carrot field and they will start kicking you.

For a long time, I couldn't figure out why the gardeners weren't kicking me. Then I realized I was actually in a gardener outfit. I took it off, and finally unlocked this achievement
