Power Park with a 100% rating

How to unlock the Parallel Park achievement in Burnout Paradise Remastered - Definitive Guide

"Power Parking, the only way to park in Paradise City!" - DJ Atomica

The idea behind this is build up enough speed before you use your handbrake (cn_X) to power slide and parallel park between 2 cars. The better the park, the higher the score.

For this, you're aiming for the magic 100% rating. This is a matter of trial and error. You cannot tap another car and your car needs to be as close to the curb as possible.

So, find a set of cars parked up on the side. Near the first repair shop is where I got my achievement on Watt Street. Try find as big of a gap as you can as this will make things a lot easier and give you more room for error. Once you've found your gap, it's time to build up some speed. You don't need much, say about 200 yards. Go in at a 20 degree angle and, once you're sure you won't hit the first car, slam on the handbrake and turn the car towards the parking space. Within a few second, you'll get a message on the screen saying how well you've done. Hopefully, you get 100% and pop the achievement.

Again, there is a good chance you won't get this on your first try, I didn't. Took me more 10 attempts to get this and, before I unlocked it, my best score was 98% which infuriated me. Best of luck and keep trying. Remember not to hit either car between the space you're trying to power park in. You'll hear a car alarm go off if you hit a car and it will void that space for the achievement.

Below is a clip of me getting my achievement. Took quite a few tries so don't be discouraged if you fail a few times. Keep trying.

If the spot on Watt doesn't work for you, I recommend Harber St. There's a wall where cars park against and you can easily slide between them, slam into the wall, and it'll count as long as you don't hit the cars.

I've done it twice now and the achievement hasn't popped. Anyone know of any bugs related to this one?

I went to Watt St. with the Uberschall 8, then got 100% the first time it registered.

You have to park between 2 cars with handbrake cn_X

You have to stand perfect paralel between the cars to get 100%, if you hit one of the cars you have to search a other spot or come back later (after a race for example)

The best spot i think is under the dam, there you have a wall as limiter, so you can't slide over the parking place.
Spot:

Try to drive fast in a 30-45° angle to the wall

when you are near to the parking target -> full steer and hold cn_X

got it on third try for this guide wink

A power park is completed by using your handbrake and drifting into a parking spot between two cars on the side of the road. If done correctly, you will given a % score based on your performance and the goal is to do a perfect parking job for this achievement.

Find two parked cars in one of the downtown areas of the game, preferably while using a stunt car. Approach with a medium speed, pull a drift (cn_X) and try to slide in perfectly. If you manage to line up in the between the cars and parallel with the side of the road, you will be rewarded with 100% and unlock the achievement.

If you hit one of the parked cars, you will need to find a new spot to attempt this.

Has to be in between 2 cars parked on the side of the road, use the E-Brake to spin into a parallel parking position with 100% rating to get the cheev.

Power park your car at 100%, this is a lot easier than it sounds. This involves you finding 2 parked cars with a gap in the middle which you can drive up to with some speed. Hit to pull off an E brake turn and slide into the space.

An alternative method is drive to the Dam, which is located in the middle of the map, and power park between 2 parked cars. There is a wall located there which will line you up perfectly, you will get almost 100% every single time you park.
