How to unlock the Paid and Displayed achievement in Burnout Paradise Remastered - Definitive Guide

This achievement is for finding and entering all 11 Car Parks in the game.

Car parks are only located in the Downtown Paradise (4), Palm Bay Heights (4) and Harbor Town (3) regions.
Here are the roads the entrances to the Car Parks are:
Downtown Paradise
~ Webster Avenue - 0:00
~ Angus Wharf - 0:19
~ 1st Street - 0:34
~ Fry Avenue - 0:43

Palm Bay Heights
~ Hudson Avenue - 0:53
~ Young Avenue - 1:02
~ Lambert Parkway - 1:12
~ Hamilton Avenue - 1:21

Harbor Town
~ Manners Avenue - 1:30
~ Hall Avenue - 1:38
~ Lambert Parkway - 1:46

An easy way to tell if you have been inside the car park is that the smashes at the entrance have been broken.

Went to every Car Park twice and even up to the roof. It just won't unlock.

Whats its status in the guide? Could try opening the 'see all my achievements' link in the guide's achievement tab since ive had that force them sometimes.

Status was simply not unlocked. Not 100% or anything like that. But it did unlock on the dashboard today after turning my console on. (console restart yesterday didn't unlock it)

The way I got this to unlock was by fully smashing 100% of the yellow fences at the entrance to each car park. I had one where I entered the car park and went on the roof but didnt destroy all of the fence at the entrance. As soon as I smashed the small section it unlocked

Can confirm Pilkatrons method of smashing yellow gates to unlock, it’s better to be safe after all

For me it just had a delay of about 3-5 minutes to unlock.

Find all the car parks in paradise there are a total of 11 car parks around the city. Just drive into each carpark to add them to you discovered locations.
