How to unlock the Duckin' and Weavin' achievement in Burnout Paradise - Definitive Guide
The easiest way to complete this achievement is just to take it slow and pick a somewhat tough car. There is no time limit, just that you cannot be taken down. I moved really slow throughout the race and didnt have enough momentum to crash.

if you Wreck but it's not because of someone else, does it count as a loss? If it does not say "Taken Down"

Getting "wrecked" does not count against the achievement, as long as you don´t get taken down.

Choose any Marked man, use a semi tough / tough car and just drive careful, you could use a fast car and drive and try to be lucky.
The shorter the Marked man i the easier it is.

For this achievement you need to win a Marked Man event (Yellow icons) without being taken down by the chase cars.
Now you can however crash yourself and still get this as i crashed many times but was not taken down by the black chase cars.
The first Marked Man event located by Watt & Angus is the easiest to get this on as you need to head to the Navel Yard but there are numerous shortcuts that you can take that the chase cars do not.
Here's a video of my route.

Pick a car which has a fair amount of strength, and make your way from start to finish without being taken down by other cars. If you have unlocked the 4x4 or the Inferno BRT Van this achievement will be fairly easy, as they are strong vehicles. If not, make sure you turn out of your skids if your hit, and make it to the finish line.
