Just plug in a Xbox Live Vision Camera and get taken down 5 times while playing online. Piece of cake.

You will need to configure the vision camera within the game. Make sure it is set to everyone. otherwise you will only send snapshots to what option is set to, friends only (default)

It defaults to everyone so you shouldn't have to change anything.

I'm not entirely sure. I don't have a kinect camera to test this out with. My money would be on yes.
