You only need to find the 15 island events, no need to complete them. I couldn't find a good map of the island so I used one from their stats page (it is a bit small, sorry) to which I have added the locations marked with a black circle. The map is at

Events can be found on road junctions, drive up to them to discover them. Just drive around each road until they have all been marked on your map. If you see a road junction without a coloured dot drive up to it to mark the event on the map.
