How to unlock the Massive Party Game achievement in Burnout Paradise - Definitive Guide

From the main menu select "Start a Party". Set it to 8 players and 8 rounds. Don't press start yet.. When you are asked to choose which events to play (The screen were you set the round to 8), set all events to Stunt. Now press start.

The reason why you should do Stunt events is a simple one: you don't actually have to do any of the stunts they ask you to, you can just crash. This will end the current players turn.

Most Stunt events can be completed in 5 to 10 seconds each turn.

Another option is setting all events to Skill. In some Skill events you are not allowed to crash or even touch a wall, as this ends your turn. These events can be finished in a few seconds each turn.

The other Skill events allow you to crash, so there is no way to speed up those events. Which means you have to sit them out, taking anywhere from 30 to 60 seconds each turn.

I believe the solution you're referring to has been removed. Please include those details if you remember.

Done! It's been a while since I've played this game, almost 3 years now, but I'm aure above information is still accurate.

What SebVin posted is 100% correct, I just wanted to post a detail about the Party Pack that you won't know until you get it and could effect your decision to do so.

This is an offline achievement. After playing it, I found that the Party Pack is actually made for simulating an online game on one box. You set up a game for multiple players and then pass the controller around. So set it up, and play all 8 players and bingo it will pop.

This makes getting the two achievements very easy.

If you're going to give a negative vote, can't you at least leave a comment as well so I know why.

People leave negative votes because they aren't smart enough to do it & therefore blame it on the guide because it's certainly not them that's doing anything wrong.
This is why negative votes only should be allowed with a comment, that would make sure that people are actually downvoting for the right reason & not because they're misinterpreting the guide

Setup a game with 8 players and 8 rounds and play until you have fully completed all rounds. Again shouldn't be to hard as you will be playing as all players so you won't have to worry about your friends making mistakes.
