How to unlock the Party Animal achievement in Burnout Paradise - Definitive Guide
The best way to do this is to host your own freeburn, and work your way up from the 2 player challenges onto 3 player, then 4 and so on. You'll probably get a few 7 or 8 player challenges completed as well due to people joining, but your main bulk will come from steadily progressing through the lists.
There are 50 freeburn challenges per player amount, so if you were to do them in order then you would need to complete all the 2 player, 3 player, 4 player, 5 player and 6 player freeburn challenges to have 250.
There are also a smaller amount of timed challenges, I think 10 per player amount, but it all helps towards your goal.
Having friends will help, but luckily the burnout community is quite cooporative (this may just be because the majority of players online need challenges completed).

Absolutely correct. They key to getting these done is being the host. Now that the game is over a year old, there aren't always people online playing, but if you host a game during evening hours or Saturday afternoons you'll get some bites. Don't be shy about booting non-participants, they're just wasting everyone else's time.

Um turduken when exactly arent people playing, i find loads of people to play with, but yea great solution will help people who need it, trouble is, most "noobs" rely on the host to show them what to do, but if the host is also a "noob" it can make the challenges quiet painstaking

Since the Game is now over 5 Years old and there are now not so much people playing this game, I think it would be a good time for a Boosting Guide:
This Guide it for all the five Challenge-Achievements:
To boost them all in only one huge Trueachievements-Session, follow this steps:
1. Create a 8-Player Session.
2. When you have enough Player you have to choose 3 Sup-Leader!!!
3. When the Session starts do ALL the 8-Player Challenges! (Car-Freeburn, Car-Time, Car-Island & Bike-Time) [75]
4. Split all Player to two 4-Player Groups and do all the 4-Player Challenges (Car-Freeburn, Car-Time & Bike-Time) [140]
5. Move one Player from on Group to the other. The 3 Player Group do all the 3-Player Challenges (Car-Freeburn, Car-Time & Bike-Time) and the 5 Player Group do all the 5-Player Challenges (Car-Freeburn, Car-Time & Bike-Time) [205]
6. Split all Player to four 2-Player Groups and do all the 2 Player Challenges (Car-Freeburn, Car-Time & Bike-Time) [270]
Note 1: This will take a bunch of time! May you need to create a second Session with the same Players.
Note 2: This will also work if not all Player have the Big Surf-Island DLC. But all player they don’t own the DLC have to wait for the other Player to complete the Island Challenges!
I know my English is not that good but I hope everyone understand what I mean!
This Guide it for all the five Challenge-Achievements:
The Block Party achievement in Burnout Paradise worth 181 pointsComplete 2 whole sections of online Challenges (excluding PDLC)
The People Person achievement in Burnout Paradise worth 73 pointsAwarded when you complete all 10 Island Freeburn Challenges. These can be completed by 2 - 8 players

FYI, this is not a solution, more of a notice. I got to 250 and the achievement did not pop. Going through my challenge lists, I notice that I had all 10 challenges from Big Surf Island. I got with a friend and did some quick 2 player challenges that I was missing, and it popped at 260. So I don't think any of the Big Surf Island challenges will count toward this achievement. If you have that DLC, adjust your count accordingly.

Big Surf Island and Timed Achievements don't count. Only freeburn challenges

The Big Surf Island challenges counted for me. At 250 it popped and I did the ten in the DLC, I only had three timed challenges done and 237 2-8 player challenges which didn't add up to 250 so the Big Surf Island definitely counted for me. I did a few more to help out the people I was with and I currently only have 256 challenges done in total and got the achievement. So just a heads up, maybe after an update or whatever they count now.
