I recommend choosing one of the Road Rage events in the northeast corner of the map, since there are two repair shops that are close together, one of which you should have revealed on your map right from the get-go.

Remember that nothing prevents you from pulling a U-turn in a Road Rage event, so knock yourself around until you get the Critical Damage warning onscreen. Ensure that you have been zipping back and forth around the same stretch of road to keep you close to the nearest repair shop so that it's easier to get back to it when you really need it.

Drive through the repair shop before time runs out on the event and the Achievement will unlock. You do not need to actually win the event to earn the Achievement.

Often in doing a road rage event, you'll end up at critical damage. Just pause the game, view the map (hit the "back" button) and see if you're near a repair shop. In progressing through the game, eventually you'll end up in critical damage and be near a repair shop.

However, if you want to get this achievement quickly, use the road rage event nearest the original garage.

To the southeast is a repair shop, maybe 2-3 blocks away.

Simply start the event, drive slowly or turn around/sideways, and alow yourself to be wrecked until reaching critical damage. This usually is about 2-4 wreckages. Assuming you stayed in that area, once in critical damage just go through the repair drive-thru and you'll get the achievement.

This will more than likely come through normal game play but if you're impatient like me here's how to get it near the beginning of the game.

To reach Critical Damage usual takes 3-4 crashes (By being taken down or just crashing)
When you first start the game there is a road rage event directly to the left of the beginning Junkyard and there is a repair shop further east of the event.

Hold + at the junction next to the Junkyard and once the road rage begins head towards the repair shop, then keep crashing until 'Critical Damage' appears above your car, then as safely as possible drive through the repair shop and the achievement will be yours.
