Smash through 20 gates on the Island. Always keep going as they always lead onto another set at the other end of the tracks / alleys.

All 75 Big Surf Island Smash Gates video guide

If you do manage to collect all 75 Island Smash Gates, you'll unlock the Hunter Toy Spirit (a toy car variant of the Hunter Manhattan Spirit from the Legendary Cars Collection DLC). Once unlocked, the Hunter Toy Spirit can be found under Big Surf Island Cars when selecting your car at any junkyard.

Smash through 20 gates, just remember once you hit through one gate another gate normally follows as you drive through.
