Drive to the Edge of Eclipse Bay near the Water front you’ll see a Bunch of Rocks at the very end of the Street before going forward or turning is the Sam Statue depending on where your coming from. For me it was on my left hand side! Walk up to it and the Achievement will Pop.

This statue can be found at the first junction coming south into Eclipse bay, just east of the Cliff View stop. Exit your bus and run towards the statue. The trophy will pop when you get close to the base.
