This needs to be done on the Angel Shores map in Story mode. Once you complete the tutorial (or if you skip it), you'll start a series of missions that progress you through the game. The first one is called 'Hop On,' just like the trophy. Complete this mission, and the trophy is yours.
The steps for this mission are:
- Wait for your bus to arrive
- Board the bus
- Interact with the driver to take over
- Wait for Mira to board the bus
- Drive route 1
It should be noted that to do the last step, "Drive route 1", you can actually leave the bus and the route by holding
, fast travel to the last stop, use the timetable to summon the bus to you, and quickly take over the bus. This will cause the route to complete with you as the driver.
