To get this achievement, you simply need to defeat the first enemy in 'CPU Battle Mode' (you have to win 2 out of 3 of the matches). If you use type H, this should come really easily, just remember making bubbles drop off the bottom because ones above it were gathered sends more bubbles to your opponent than just getting all the bubbles in sets of 3+.
