You will unlock all the game modes and this achievement at the end of the first country (South Africa).
On the last mission (the rhino trophy mission), most of the rhinos show up as green dots but are really ambients. You have to go to the west to find the real rhino you are supposed to shoot. Don't forget to switch your gun!
