This is by far the hardest of the expert trophy achievements. After investing significant time in this mission and even going back and repeating the game up to that point on easy, I finally discovered the location of all of the buffalo trophies. Beware as this map is full of leopards.
The first buffalo trophy is at the bottom of the SECOND pond to the far west of the map among several other non-trophy buffalos.
The second and third buffalo trophies are right next to each other to the north by north-west of the first one, just left and up of the same pond.
