Cabelas Safari

All the Safari Hunt missions must be completed and it is exactly like the achievement says hunt all seven dangerous seven listed: Black Rhino, Leopard, Elephant, Cape Buffalo, Lion, Hippo, and Crocodile.
Difficulty does not affect this achievement.

Complete the Dangerous Seven Mode, simple. You can either work on it as you open the hunts during the course of your safari, or do like I did, finish the safari, then go and do this mode. You won't have the entire map view(back button). I would sugguest running through the map and kill whichever predator w/Adrenaline mode so you don't get penalties. If you're unsure if the animal is a Trophy, then kill it with Adrenaline, if it isn't, then you can continue.
