First off go onto the campaign and to South Africa (first country) then once you go to the jeep to do your hunts you'll only have to do 3 hunts and you can skip the fourth hunt and go to the 5th hunt for this achievement.

You'll have a horde of 'Springbok' coming from behind you so all you have to do is turn around and use your Hunter Sense to kill the springbok but be sure to use a handgun for this as the hunter sense lasts longer and makes the achievement a whole lot easier.

Easy. KEY: ON FOOT AND ONLY ONE USE OF HUNTER SENSE. Just take down two game animals(no birds) during the one use of Hunter Sense(once you start it, you can't stop the sense... you have to continue.) If you get a Perfect Shot kill then the Sense will end automatically. Try going for the head/legs. There are a few stages where you'll be dropped off in the middle of or near a running pack of game. Just start your Sense(but don't stop it) and shoot at them. If you get a perfect shot, then restart the MAP(not country) and try again.
