This power up symbol is a deer with a snowflake above his head. when you use it, it makes the screen blue. You get this power up by killing 2 things at once very quickly. The best missions to get this power up multiple times are any of the ones where you have to shoot birds chased out by your dog. You should pick up 2 or 3 of these in a mission or more depending on the time you have allotted. On missions where your movement is not limited, I found walking right up to the area that my hunter sense targeted and shooting point blank would usually nail 2 at once and get me a freeze power up. If you have multiple power ups and the freeze is not next in line, simply use the current one and hit A to cancel it and then hit A again to use your freeze power up if you have one.

NOTE: you cannot replay or retry a mission to tally up the powerups. They do not count if you restart. They only count if you continue to the next mission. If you are diligent using this method, you will have the achievement before mission 20.
