This can be had on any duck hunting mission. Once you receive and activate the X-ray cam, just kill a duck with a one shot effort. It can be point blank or distant range.

Got this on level 52. The final Wyoming level which is an arcade mode. I had at least three ducks that I hit which would have given me the achievement. Crossbow with the X - ray vision power.

if you did not get this on any of the duck/goose/teal missions, which there are plenty, there is a really easy one on level 85 in wisconsin. there are bushes right in front of you with the cross hairs on them. there is one hiding in there.

To get this bird on this level, I'd suggest using the crossbow on the deer first, making sure that you get an xray power up. Then when you do that ,walk up to the bush (it's at about 11 o'clock from your starting position), and activate the x ray. The moment you see the bird come out of the bush, get it with the crossbow for a 100% integrity whilst you're still in xray mode.
