To unlock this achievement, you must be playing the Neapolitan mini-game. If you played it before in "Get Toasty", it will appear in "Recipe".
Now, this mini-game is like Coney Island from Mario Party 5. Getting 10 scoops in one cone is nothing too crazy, but it will definitely take multiple tries. The main focus should be to only try to get the falling ice cream that is close to you, especially when you have 7+ ice cream on your cone. If you played the mini-game before, you known that moving too quickly will cause the ice cream to fall off.

Attempt #1: This was in Get Toasty, and the most I got was 8
Attempt #2: I had slightly more knowledge of the mini-game, but still only got 8
Attempt #3: Really got the hang of it, and finished with 12 on my cone when the timer stopped
