Hello there, ladies and gents. Today we're going to cover the Beach Access achievement, which unlocks for clearing the Clover Coast of poisonous flowers.
Below is a text explanation of how to achieve this, but if you are interested, there is a link at the bottom of the solution to a complete Video Achievement Walkthrough and a complete Text Achievement Walkthrough that you can follow start to finish in about 3 hours.
NOTE: The game is still rather glitchy, so its not a bad idea to make a Save right before finishing anything that will pop an Achievement so that you can reload if an Achievement doesn't pop correctly.
To trigger this quest, you need to head to the South end of Cutie City after unlocking it. There are many LARGE colorful flowers in a row preventing you from passing, and near the center of this is a single Safety Cat. Chat with them to start the Quest.
The Quest itself is fairly straightforward. Introduce yourself to Safeena (check your map, she's the bottom-right Question Mark in Cutie City) and this will automatically progress the quest. (If you introduced yourself to Safeena before talking to the Construction Cat, simply chatting with Safeena will continue the Quest) You can skip the conversation, but essentially she wants you to find someone to get rid of the Poison Flowers and money is no object. Teleport to the Cafe, and go find Poppy. Say "Poison Beach Flowers" and follow the dialogue, now find and chat with Mayor Kiva to advance this quest, and return to Poppy and say "Good to Go".
Return to the Cafe and sleep in your bed, then head back to Safeena in Cutie City, saying "Clover Coast is Open", which will open Clover Coast and unlock your achievement!

This achievement was a little glitchy for me and did not unlock right away. It's technically story related so it's unmissable and I did do everything required so I know I wasn't missing anything. Once the Clover Coast Beach was cleared, I continued playing for a little while in hopes that it just was late to unlock. I thought about starting a new game but didn't want to be to hasty since starting over seemed more like a chore. Once I was done playing I shutdown my Xbox, the next day I logged back in and as soon as I started the game and was able to take control of the character the achievement unlocked.
