Hello there, ladies and gents. Today we're going to get you the Social Butterfly Achievement in Calico. The Social Butterfly achievement unlocks once you have met every Villager on the Island, but the achievement will not pop until you visit the Townsfolk tab by hitting Right or Up on the D-Pad and using the bumpers to get to it.

Below is a text explanation of how to achieve this, but if you are interested, there is a link at the bottom of the solution to a complete Video Achievement Walkthrough and a complete Text Achievement Walkthrough that you can follow start to finish in about 3 hours.

NOTE: The game is still rather glitchy, so its not a bad idea to make a Save right before finishing anything that will pop an Achievement so that you can reload if an Achievement doesn't pop correctly.

You WILL NOT get this achievement if you only focus on the Story. Many of the Villagers are not required for the Story, so you'll need to focus on the side quests to get every one. Since there are achievements tied to them as well, its not much of an issue. Once you have introduced yourself to a Villager (i.e. talked to them once) they count as checked off for this achievement.

There are 22 total Villagers on the Island. Below is a list of every Villager and their initial location. All Villagers have a spot they stand in until you introduce yourself to them, so I will be listing those spots. If you talk to every Villager in each location along your way through the game, this achievement will unlock after the credit sequence when you open up the Witching Woods. You will be dropped in front of Rosa, and after chatting with her, you can visit the Townsfolk menu by pressing Up or Right on the DPad and using the bumpers to reach the Townsfolk Tab to unlock the achievement.

1. Kiva - Heart Village - Starts the game off in front of your Cafe; you'll automatically get her by going through the Tutorial Quest to set up your Cafe
2. Maia - Heart Village - Her House
3. Oliver - Heart Village - Standing by a dumpster behind Estelle's shop
4. Ash - Heart Village - Their House
5. Estelle - Heart Village - Estelle’s Shop
6. Autumn - Heart Village - Autumn’s House

Once you talk to Rosa, assuming you've chatted with the other 21 Villagers at some point, press Up or Right on the D-Pad and use the bumper buttons to tab over to the Townsfolk tab and unlock the Achievement!
