At the end of Chapter 8, Drake will offer to help you. Make sure you press "Yes", and you will unlock this achievement.

Did this and no achievement... Was very careful to make sure I said "Yes." Also had the read all the unholy books achievement glitch even though I read them all.

The, Pants, Party
This takes place directly at the end of Chapter 8. Drake will offer point blank to help you and you can only select Yes or No. Obviously select Yes to unlock the achievement.

Near the end of Chapter 8, when you regain control of Pierce, you’ll be talking to Drake. He will eventually ask you if he can help you. Make sure to say “Yes” to get this trophy.
