You will unlock this after the cut scene in chapter 4 where you see a ritual taking part in the cave and just before you get caught and have to run.

Story related and cannot be missed.
In Chapter 4, you’ll see some cultists in the caves, you’ll need to sneak your way out of the caves but you’ll eventually activate a cutscene and unlock this trophy. After that you’ll need to run and avoid a few obstacles to finish the chapter.
