How to unlock the Complete revelation achievement in Call of Cthulhu - Definitive Guide

There are three books of unholy knowledge:

1: In the Sanders residence, before you enter the museum it is on the left of the door leading into the museum. Cat is looking at it.

2: In the bookstore walk straight to the back of the bookstore and to the right. There is a box on the floor there with the book inside.

3: In the Asylum as soon as you start it is on the table where

The last book is in chapter 9 not 8...

Weirdly this never popped on my first playthrough, it popped during my second playthrough when Bradley opens the warehouse door in chapter 2. Though in the achievement list it shows as popping the day before during playthrough one.

I read them all but the acjievement didn't pop. Interestingly enough the last book doesn't even appear in the sanity section unlike the 2 other seem to have. Oh well, gotta do another pt I guess.

Same here. The last book didn't register for me. The other two books are in the sanity section, but the third one isn't there, even though i picked it up and read it. And the game autosaves immediately so you can't reload. So if this happens you need to do another playthrough, which I don't fancy doing. Buggy.

There are 3 unholy books to read in order to get this trophy, reading one for the first time will also net you another trophy.

There are only three books - in Sanders' apartment, in the bookstore and in Fuller's office in the hospital.

1) Chapter 6: At Sanders' residence, before entering the museum, he is located to the left of the door leading into the museum. Kat looks at him.
2) Chapter 7: In the bookstore, go straight to the back of the bookstore and to the right. There is a box on the floor with a book inside.
3) Chapter 9: In the Asylum, as soon as you start, it is on the table where Sarah and Fuller were sitting during the flashback in Chapter 8
